Content providers produce valuable intellectual property that needs global protection through a variety of business means, including contracts, tax planning, infrastructure and distribution channels.  This panel discussion focused on the contractual relationships faced by content distribution companies in the media, gaming and/or wireless industries but was applicable to content providers in other industry sectors.
